On Friday, I stopped in at Doors by Nally to seek information about an Allstar garage door unit. I was not able to program a new remote which I had purchased online. Allstar was sold to another company and then went belly up. I had no operating manual, no tech suport, and the garage door intaller who installed the unit would not return my calls. I had just purchased this house in December 2011 and was at a loss. So I stopped in to talk with Nally doors for help. Mr. Buford Nally listened to my problem and explained how my unit worked and how to program the new remote. It was simple when he explained it.
